The IDEX 350 IDE hard drive switch fits in the 3.5" bay and contains all the wiring required to switch 2 drives.
The IDEX 350 has a key switch interface that allows the user to quickly change the active drive before system boot. It is designed to switch any internal IDE device regardless of operating system. It provides a 100% barrier between hard drives. If a virus infects one drive, no other drive can be infected, because the bus switch isolates the other drives.
Requirements:
The IDEX 350 I requires one open IDE connector on the mother board. Expansion Kits are required for a 3 or 4 drive installation.
